Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on traditionalitalianrecipes.food and its subdomains (the "Website"), why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. The Website is operated by Roberto Monti (VAT no. IT04215771207), the data controller.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices and, with your consent, measure and personalise advertising.
2. Necessary (technical) cookies
These cookies are needed to run the Website, keep your session and checkout working, and remember your cookie choice. They are used without consent, as the law allows, and you cannot switch them off in our banner. They are set by our platform, Systeme.io.
3. Analytics and marketing cookies
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people who visited the Website. The Meta Pixel sets cookies such as _fbp and fr. These are set only after you give consent through the cookie banner. Data collected may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Without your consent, these cookies are not loaded.
4. Cookie table
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookies | Systeme.io | Necessary: site session, shopping basket and checkout | Session, up to 1 year |
| Cookie consent preference | Systeme.io / this Website | Necessary: stores your cookie choice | 6 months |
| _fbp | Meta Platforms | Marketing: advertising measurement and retargeting | 3 months |
| fr | Meta Platforms | Marketing: advertising delivery and measurement | 3 months |
Cookie names and durations may change when providers update their systems. We will update this table when we become aware of changes.
5. Fonts
The Website may load fonts from Google Fonts. This does not use cookies in the usual sense, but your IP address may be sent to Google so the fonts can be delivered.
6. How to change your consent
You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time. Use this link to reopen the cookie banner: Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. It does not affect processing done before.
7. Blocking cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings (look for "Privacy" or "Cookies" in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others). Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website, such as checkout, from working. You can also limit ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
8. Do Not Track and similar signals
There is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so the Website does not respond to them. Your choice in the cookie banner is what controls the non-necessary cookies described above. If you refuse them, the Meta Pixel does not run on your visit.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools or when the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will ask for your consent again if a change requires it.
10. More information
